In the early 1930's, Charles Redington purchased the property that is now known as North Redington Beach, Redington Beach and Redington Shores.  Each city was incorporated within a few years of each other.  Located along the central portion of the State of Florida's Gulf Beaches, these communities are known as one of the barrier islands.  Redington is primarily a residential community with miles of white, sandy beaches.  There are, however, a variety of shops and restaurants that inhibit the area.  Fishing, boating, parks and incredible natural wildlife surrounds these charming little communities.
